My name is Jenna, and I am decidedly an optimist.

I enjoy making meaning from nonsense, from organizing a box of family photos to orchestrating a lecture series. I am passionate about making the ephemeral become tangible and making knowledge accessible. I approach projects with curiosity & sensitivity. My attention to detail and can-do attitude create a collaborative environment for people to connect and reflect in community.

After four years living in the Netherlands, I am seeking US-based opportunities in GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, & Museums) as well as educational and cultural heritage institutions.

experience

My work with Boom Chicago began with recovering audiovisual material collecting dust in file cabinets, on MiniDV tapes, DVDs, and external hard drives. The project culminated with a timeline exhibition of the theater’s 30-year history.

As a content creator for Rumors Vintage, I produce weekly short-form videos that connect fashion history and current trends to the popular culture while applying these cycles to creating a sustainable & exciting personal wardrobe.

From comedy shows to local listening parties, I enjoy putting the pieces together to create a unique communal experience.
